There is also a large raised brick fireplace with wood mantle perfect for cozy nights warming up after a long day playing at the beach. The kitchen features bar seating, plenty of cupboard space, stainless steel appliance package and the view through bar looks back out to the ocean breeze balcony. There is an interior laundry/utility room perfect for sandy towels, attached two car garage with extra room to store water toys or bikes and oversize driveway with plenty of room for guest parking...hard to find at the beach!
